Team performance optimiser module

The Team Performance Optimiser module provides organisations with the ability to manage internal team performance. Tracking internal performance levels is critical to ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time to leverage the value of all customer interactions.

Minimising staff attrition rates can also be enabled through a formalised awards program and access to real time information.

This module includes Consultant Awards Program, Team Messaging, Benchmark Settings, Team Reporting and Reward Calculator submodules.

Benchmark settings

This module enables the configuration of internal team settings to evaluate performance indicators, as specific to predetermined parameters. These can incorporate product, internal KPIs, and/or industry standards.
 

Team reporting

Configuration of set performance standards facilitates performance auditing, consultant efforts, and monitoring of staff. Where KPIs have been established on specific criteria, this module, and the Benchmark Settings Module, enable organisations to monitor and minimise any deceptive actions that may have been taken by consultants, such as delaying closures to meet targets.
 

Consultant awards program

This module offers sophisticated functionality for setting and running of an award program for frontline staff based on retention targets and individual and team achievements.

Consultant Award reports can be used for award payment and audit purposes. The Awards Module can also be used to export relevant data to other modelling tools used by your organisation.

Reward calculator

This can be configured for any specified time period to calculate internal reward programs for frontline staff.
 

Team messaging

The Team Messaging Module is a communication tool for team leaders and their frontline staff to optimise internal communication flows.
